ServiceNow Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Discovery modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Discovery modules of ServiceNow
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the platform, answering queries and questions from users
  • Assist with daily checks to ensure the Mid-Server environment remains healthy
  • Create dashboards for personal use and the user community
  • Perform activities required to assist the team in upgrading the ServiceNow Platform to the latest versions

The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. They will be able to work methodically, demonstrating attention to detail in their approach to solving problems and delivering work products.

In this role, you will take ownership of your work, be accountable for outcomes, and demonstrate generosity in your actions and outputs. You will be expected to collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and deliver high-quality results.
