As a seasoned Information Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and high availability.
  • Troubleshoot complex network problems and outages, and have a strong understanding of routing & switching technologies including MPLS, IPsec, VPN, BGP, and OSPF.
  • Work with load balancers (F5, NetScaler, Citrix) for traffic optimization and high availability.
  • Monitor and manage firewalls using Firepower Management Console (FMC) and Splunk, along with other SIEM tools, to detect and mitigate potential threats.
  • Maintain wireless access points (WAPs) and wireless controllers for optimal performance and user connectivity.
  • Utilize SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Prime/DNA Centre, and Cisco Licensing Manager for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and maintain backup solutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Use ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune for incident management, configuration tracking, and policy enforcement.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience with LAN/WAN technologies and related networks.
  • Expertise in Network Infrastructure: Load Balancers (F5, NetScaler, Citrix), Fabric Switches, Routers, Layer 2/3 Switches.
  • Backup & Recovery Experience: Veeam, Windows Backup, Veritas.
  • Security & Compliance: Firewall management, threat analysis using Splunk.
  • Knowledge of Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
