Discover a new opportunity to lead the way in asset management strategy for Arcadis' Rail Management Team in Melbourne.

As an Arcadian, you will play a vital role in delivering our Australian asset management strategy, driving consultancy projects, and developing value propositions in the rail markets. You will also provide support to the wider asset management consulting and advisory business.

This is a newly established team, combining our strong capability in asset management into a unified offering to spearhead in the rail sector, with opportunities to work across other assets, including highways, structures, and ports.

We are seeking an experienced asset management professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience in engineering and/or asset management, with tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline. You should have a good understanding of risk management, excellent report writing skills, and the ability to present concepts to various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering asset management services for clients owning major rail, road, and maritime infrastructure assets;
  • Assessing and evaluating clients' asset management strategies and practices;
  • Developing asset management strategies and options for clients, including whole of life cost and value analysis;
  • Providing training and support to staff on asset management best practices;
  • Collaborating with other departments to align asset management goals with organisational objectives;
  • Ensuring compliance with asset management standards and regulations;
  • And other accountabilities as agreed with your manager.
