About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the team in Bathurst. A relatively new store that has been operating for under 12 months. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact and drive the store's growth. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of 12 staff, and ensure that the store meets its financial, customer service, and visual merchandising goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 12 team members, including an Assistant Store Manager
  • Drive a customer service culture, ensuring all team members are engaged and aligned with company values
  • Manage store financials, including sales budgets, gross profit, and expense control
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and in-store presentation
  • Oversee stock management to minimise shrinkage and optimise availability
  • Ensure adherence to Workplace Health and Safety standards
  • Facilitate staff development, including coaching and mentoring team members
