Warehouse and Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse and Supply Chain Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our logistics and stock control processes.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing dock schedules, overseeing deliveries, stock control, and traffic flow across our multi-venue site. You will be the main point of contact for delivery drivers, ensuring our dock operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dock schedules to avoid congestion and double-ups.
  • Lead a small team to deliver top-notch warehouse and supply chain operations.
  • Oversee stock control – from ordering and receiving to rotation and storage.
  • Maintain food safety and WHS compliance.
  • Liaise daily with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Keep accurate records and reports to support operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or stock control (hospitality an advantage).
  • A knack for coordination in shared or multi-tenant dock environments.
  • Strong people skills – you will be talking to everyone from truckies to executives.
  • Understanding of food safety standards (certification or willingness to obtain).
  • Forklift competency (or willing to learn).
  • RSA certification.
