Senior Operations Director Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Operations Director to drive operational excellence across our warehouse, logistics, production & technical departments. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark and lead transformation during our strongest growth phase in 130 years.


As a key member of our senior leadership team, you'll have direct access to the CEO and board-level strategic decision making. You'll be responsible for leading high-performing teams, championing collaborative cultures, and driving innovation within our production methods and technical offerings.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations leadership, strong people leadership skills, and a high level of business acumen. They'll be an expert in production across all disciplines, with experience managing warehouses, supply chains, logistics, and importing. They'll also have excellent planning, prioritisation, and project coordination abilities, as well as a hands-on and solutions-focused mindset.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics and Production & Technical teams with a focus on operational excellence
  • Champion a high-performing, collaborative and values-driven team culture
  • Drive innovation within our Production methods and Technical offerings

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an operations leadership role (preferably in aligned industries)
  • Strong people leadership and mentoring skills across varied teams
  • A high level of business acumen with a firm grip on metrics
  • An expert in Production across all disciplines
  • Experience managing warehouses, supply chains, logistics and importing
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation and project coordination abilities
  • A hands-on and solutions-focused mindset
