Employment Solutions Specialist

Sarina Russo Job Access is a leading workforce solutions provider with extensive experience in delivering integrated recruitment and training services across QLD, VIC, and NSW.
We have exciting opportunities for individuals who possess high energy levels, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. This role would suit those who are results-driven, solutions-focused, and passionate about helping others achieve their career goals.
You will work as part of a dynamic team based in Cabramatta, providing full-time support to our job seekers from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The Job- Meet and exceed KPIs related to placing job seekers in sustainable employment positions
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
- Deliver exceptional recruitment and training services to our clients
- Establish and maintain partnerships with employers and community groups to drive business growth
- Ensure adherence to contractual compliance processes and procedures
- Relationship building and business development
- Team collaboration and customer service
- Digital and administrative skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
