As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving KPIs linked to placing job seekers into sustainable employment. You will also organize appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve KPIs linked to placing job seekers into sustainable employment
  • Organize appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
  • Deliver high-quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our job seekers
  • Business development – sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
  • Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures
