About the Role:

Sarina Russo Job Access is a leading Workforce Australia provider with sites across QLD, VIC, and NSW. Our mission is to enhance careers and impact lives through integrated recruitment and training solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our job seekers. Your role will involve:

  • Achieving KPIs linked to placing job seekers into sustainable employment
  • Organising appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
  • Business development – sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
  • Adhering to contractual compliance processes and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent relationship building, business development, and marketing skills
  • Ability to help customers from all walks of life
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong digital and administration skills
  • Positive and energetic attitude
