About the role

Step into a role where you'll expand your expertise, work on impactful projects, and contribute to innovative solutions. With collaborative relationships with our global experts, including specialists in soft soils, tunnelling, deep foundations, AI mapping, and geohazard assessment, you'll have the freedom to work autonomously, with the support and guidance you need to succeed.

About you

Your role will involve a range of responsibilities, including design work, project management, client communication, report writing, and project commercials.

You'll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in geotechnical engineering or a related discipline.

  • 10+ years' experience and knowledge in areas such as slope stability, foundation design, retaining systems, ground improvement, and large-scale investigations.

  • A solid understanding of local ground conditions, geotechnical risks, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

  • Proven ability to manage projects, engage with clients, and lead multidisciplinary teams.

  • A genuine passion for mentoring and developing emerging talent.

  • A proactive approach to building and nurturing long-term client relationships.

  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
