**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Synaco Global Recruitment. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with fabrication work when time allows.
  • Assist in drawings and information relevant to production.
  • Keep accurate records of production materials and times as part of the Bills of Materials system.
  • Maintain a production schedule according to projects assigned.
  • Develop and implement SOPs and processes for production operations, ensuring compliance.
  • Review production methods and processes, recommending improvements to optimize costs and efficiency.

**Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Production Supervisor or equivalent position, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Open-minded and willing to learn new skills.
  • Able to balance time in workshop and office.
  • Knowledge in supply chain management and procurement.
  • Able to liaise with other managers about material, training, and staffing requirements.
  • Adhere to QA/QC and OHS standards and enforcing to staff members.
