Strata Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Management Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing portfolios of properties, liaising with owners corporations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of strata properties
- Liaise with owners corporations as required
- Provide general management support and work with building management committees
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Arrange quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
- Conduct periodic inspections
The Successful Applicant Will Ideally Have:
- A minimum of 2 years previous strata experience
- Knowledge of Building Management Committee (BMC) and Compliance Agency (CA)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- High level of computer skills
- A current strata certificate/license
