Hearing Care Coordinator

About the Role:
Audika is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hearing Care Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customers' experience and contributing to clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to provide high-quality hearing healthcare outcomes for clients.
- Learn about Audika's products, services, and government funding programs to apply tailored client-specific sales strategies.
- Book and confirm appointments, work with clients to determine entitlement to government funding assistance, and follow up with existing clients to encourage renewal of maintenance programs.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations and perform hearing screening checks with full training provided.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health.
- Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey.
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification.
- Computer literacy skills and a current valid visa to work in Australia.
