
Building Collaborative Partnerships Specialist

As a Social Procurement Specialist, you will play an essential part in our operations team. Your primary purpose will be to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key suppliers to mitigate risks and create value for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct needs assessments, due diligence, onboarding, and provide training for new suppliers.
- Develop and improve performance management processes to monitor the performance of suppliers and services, ensuring compliance with established key performance indicators, standards, and regulations.
- Monitor and maintain portfolio service delivery, including time, cost, quality, and customer service metrics.
- Maintain accurate supplier information records and databases.
- Manage agreements and relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of products and services meet client requirements.
- Improve and maintain supply agreement/s and tender documentation.
- Improve and manage tender processes to protect business interests and comply with relevant statutory requirements.
- Manage and maintain effective supplier/customer relationships through the resolution of contractual and supplier/customer disputes.
- Experience and knowledge of Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) Home Warranty Insurance.
- Knowledge of property claims – Building, Contents, Landlord, Strata, and Commercial.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry (claims lifecycle), including the legislative framework, applicable codes, and products.
- Excellent analytical, relationship management, and communication skills.
