Program Overview:

The Connect initiative is an upstream prevention program designed for military, law enforcement, and first responder teams. It aims to foster meaningful engagement through interactive group sessions, helping teams build essential skills and bonds to tackle adversity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Facilitation: Lead Connect training sessions, model best practices, and guide co-facilitators in their roles.
  • Logistics & Operations: Manage material distribution and technology setup for training sessions with efficiency.
Qualifications:

To be successful as a Connect Program Facilitator, you should have:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a leadership or coaching role.
  • Military or first responder experience is strongly preferred due to its relevance to the program's focus.
  • A willingness to travel extensively for training sessions and workshops.
