Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams of talented engineers. This role balances people leadership, technical depth and delivery excellence. The successful candidate will set the technical direction of our platform while empowering engineers to grow and perform at their best.

This is a strategic role that requires a strong understanding of software engineering principles, modern technology trends and Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, aligning technical decisions with architectural standards and business needs.

You will lead, coach and mentor engineering teams to foster growth, accountability and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding and developing engineering talent, supporting career development and performance management.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap and ensure long-term project visibility. You will also drive Agile practices, ensuring teams deliver high-quality, scalable solutions incrementally and reliably.

You will contribute to high-level architectural decisions and occasionally participate in code reviews. You will also monitor key engineering metrics like SLO compliance, deployment frequency, lead time and MTTR.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, modern software architecture and engineering best practices.
  • Technical proficiency in C# (.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript and ideally ReactJS.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and team leadership skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
