We are seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our elite team of closers. Our closers enjoy a high-earning potential, working remotely or in a Sydney-based setting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in property, finance, or mortgage broking. They must be confident, coachable, and take ownership of their outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run daily Discovery Sessions over Zoom with pre-qualified prospects.
  • Bulletproof trust with prospects.
  • Present the Freedom membership as the solution.
  • Close the prospect into a $3,000 membership.

Requirements:

  • A strong internal drive to be #1 on the leaderboard.
  • The ability to stick to a proven structure.
  • Confidence under pressure, control in the close, and emotional intelligence.
  • The willingness to work evenings and weekends.

We don't micro-manage. We hire professionals and give them world-class tools, expecting top performance.

About the Role

  • Ongoing earning potential of $200K-$250K+.
  • OTE for top performers is $250K-$300K+.
  • All leads are warm, pre-qualified, and pre-booked into your calendar.
  • Choose from remote, hybrid, or Sydney-based settings.
  • No cold calling. No chasing leads. Just closing.
  • Clear promotion path, strong leadership access, and a culture of winning.

What You'll Do

You will run daily Discovery Sessions over Zoom with pre-qualified prospects. The goal is to build trust fast, identify the financial and lifestyle gap, present the Freedom membership as the solution, and close the prospect into a $3,000 membership.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales.
  • Strong internal drive to be #1 on the leaderboard.
  • Ability to stick to a proven structure.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
