Job Description

This role involves running daily Discovery Sessions over Zoom with pre-qualified prospects. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for building trust, identifying financial and lifestyle gaps, and presenting the Freedom membership as a solution to close prospects into a $3,000 membership.

Our ideal candidate is an outcome-driven individual with a strong internal drive to excel in this role. You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in property, finance, or mortgage broking.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience with a focus on high-ticket sales
  • Ability to work independently and manage calendar, follow up, and hit numbers without external motivation
  • Confidence under pressure, control in the close, and emotional intelligence
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends to accommodate prospect availability
