Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a reputable dog and cat boarding facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the care of dogs and cats, including feeding, exercise, grooming, medicating, and monitoring their well-being.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, maintaining cleanliness of both inside and outside areas and equipment, and ensuring safety standards are followed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by meeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing pet drop-offs and pick-ups efficiently.
  • Work independently and at times when busy be available for split shifts, ensuring smooth operations and proper care for all pets.
  • Supervise and engage pets in enrichment activities, ensuring they are comfortable and well-cared for during their stay.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a pet boarding, daycare, veterinary, or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage staff and daily operations efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with booking systems or administrative software.
  • A passion for animal care, with a positive and proactive attitude.
