Kip Hunter Valley Driver / Pet Transport As the leading provider of pet care services across Australia, Kip Happy Stays sets the benchmark for excellence, ensuring every pet receives the ultimate in care and enrichment during their stay.At Kip Hunter Valley, our team is deeply committed to delivering exceptional care to every furry friend that walks through its doors.
We are now looking for the best candidate to join our team and help provide a premium pet transport service to the local community.The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible hours Monday through Friday, with shifts starting at 3am to accommodate pet transport needs, including driving to and from Sydney across various traffic conditions.
Availability during school holiday periods (including Christmas and Easter) is required.Responsibilities:Transport animals from client homes to our facilityInteract professionally with customersHandle animals according to company policies and proceduresFollow collection procedures and protocolsOptimize collection and drop-off schedulesFollow up on queries and abandoned bookingsCheck animals in and outRespond to emails and phone callsExperience / Requirements:Experience handling dogs and cats is highly regardedHonest with strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to safely drive long distancesProblem-solving skillsWilling to attend a lawful unpaid trial shift (within Fair Work Ombudsman guidelines)Full Australian driver's licenseWhy Join Kip Happy Stays?
