We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team, focusing on talent resourcing and delivery by utilising creative and proactive sourcing strategies to search for talented candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment processes and its improvement, liaising with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and expectations, and working with the Hiring Managers to set up interviews and being part of the interview process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment process management, including advertising, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, screening, interviewing, etc.
  • Liaising with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and expectations.
  • Being the expert in all social media recruitment platforms.
  • Completing reference checks and background checks for all new employees.
  • Fulfilling additional tasks and projects assigned, such as analysing recruitment metrics and optimising the hiring process for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Recruitment and Selection Skills - Equipped with interview techniques and awareness of work ethic and workplace legislations and requirements for identifying and selecting right candidates.
  • Negotiation skills - Good negotiation skills and able to influence candidates to close the hiring process positively.
  • Organisational & Prioritisation Skills - Able to prioritise tasks and multi-tasking, in order to complete complex tasks and meet deadlines in a quality manner.
  • Problem Solving skills - Able to troubleshoot and bring in ideas to improve the quantity of applications in a competitive market.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Demonstrated ability to build rapport with stakeholders by communicating, interacting, understanding, influencing and negotiating with them.
  • Stakeholder Management skills - Ability to manage stakeholder's expectations, strong commitment to meet the needs of key stakeholders, handles conflicts constructively.
  • Computer Skills - Advanced level of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Email and knowledge of Visio.
  • 2 years of work experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in Ecommerce Industry.
  • Experience in external recruitment agency.
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree or above, preferred in Business or Management.
  • Fluent English communication - Written and Verbal.
