Your RoleWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Truganina, Vic. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future talent pool.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews and onboarding.
- Support volume hiring for new business launches and workforce scaling.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Deliver training and coaching to hiring managers to build recruitment capability.
- Champion continuous improvement and recruitment best practices.
- Strong applied understanding of employment laws and regulations, including NES and FWA.
- Experience using a Tier 1 Human Capital Management System (HCMS).
- Proven experience in volume and strategic hiring across diverse role types.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desirable: experience in logistics or supply chain recruitment.
