Are you ready to lead the way in Defence maintenance?

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team at Lavarack Barracks. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and operational readiness for the Australian Defence Force (ADF).

You will achieve this by empowering our trades and support teams to deliver quality results, maintaining high standards in our workshops and office spaces, and building strong relationships with our clients and peers.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Enabling a safety-focused team environment
- Maintaining quality standards in our workshops and office spaces
- Managing the team to achieve optimum productivity
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative, and trusted working relationships with our client, your team, and peers

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership experience in a technical environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills that foster trust and collaboration
- Valid Driver's license
- The ability to maintain a Defence Security Clearance
