Outreach support is also provided to assist in the development and implementation of participant-centred Family Action Plans.", "Key Responsibilities": "Establish good referral pathways, into and out of the service, to reach vulnerable children, young people, and families who may not otherwise engage with the mental health or children’s service sector. Provide education, training, and information to promote awareness of mental health to participants of the program and the community.", "Requirements": "Diploma or Certificate level qualification in a relevant health or welfare discipline. Demonstrated experience in working with children, young people, and families, including Indigenous and Culturally and Linguistically diverse (CALD) people. Demonstrated understanding and application of a strength-based approach and competence in a range of interventions relevant to children and young people.", "What We Offer": "Above award conditions, including 5 weeks’ annual leave, salary packaging, and a friendly and flexible work environment.
