Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to join our East Arnhem Population and Primary Health Care team as a Child Health Nurse at Umbakumba Health Centre.

About the Role: As a Child Health Nurse, you will employ specialist nursing experience, skills, and applied knowledge and understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal Health and the principles of Primary Health Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ specialist nursing experience, skills, and applied knowledge and understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal Health and the principles of Primary Health Care.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of system improvement, risk management, and clinical information systems with an overarching commitment to safety and quality.
  • Work in a remote location and contribute to the health and wellbeing of people and promote change.

What We Offer: A competitive salary, salary packaging, 6 weeks annual recreational leave, and other remote area incentives such as freight allowance, relocation support, fully furnished accommodation, and three return fares to Darwin or a destination of equivalent fare pricing annually.
