Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need previous experience in customer-facing positions within community housing, property management, trust accounting, or professional services. A consultative background and exposure to community housing or real-estate property management are highly desirable.

You will also require excellent communication skills, professional customer-facing abilities, extensive knowledge of the Housing Market, direct contact experience with customers, and working knowledge of Microsoft Products including Word, Excel, Power Point, SQL, Project etc.

A typical day involves implementing and configuring Civica's Housing Software, advising customers on best software use, providing onsite and remote consultancy, and assisting with User Acceptance Test Plans.

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles within community housing, property management, trust accounting or professional services

The role includes:

Configuring and implementing Civica's Housing Software according to Implementation Guidelines and agreed Project Plans

Advising customers on optimal software use aligned with their business requirements

Providing onsite and remote consultancy, services, and support for customers during implementation, post-live, testing, training, and ad-hoc basis in accordance with the agreed Civica Standard

Assisting with development of User Acceptance Test Plans

Documenting customers' configuration requirements regarding Civica's Software

Providing prompt feedback and documentation to Team Leader, Project Manager, Customer Service Manager, or other departments regarding issues arising from Consultancy delivered

Attending and delivering presentations/demonstrations to customers

Supporting and advising team members and other divisions with work-related issues to ensure they are up-to-date with any software issues or changes and approaches to consultancy

Delivering Revenue days and utilization set as target

Traveling through Australia and New Zealand to customer sites where required

Contributing to Product Management and Development, including producing or contributing to product specification, testing, and recommendations for product enhancements

Liaising with Support and all other divisions within Civica as required

Assisting in other areas of Civica Business with client, software, technical solutions & testing
