Job Description

As a leader in our organization, you will oversee statewide operations of the Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) program. This impactful role involves driving the day-to-day success of this service, ensuring key contractual obligations are fulfilled, and providing strong support and guidance to team members.

This diverse leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and expand the program, inspire a committed team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.

You will be responsible for implementing the Strategic Plan within the SAHF team, providing supervision, coordination, and leadership to workers across the state. You will also build and maintain high standards aligned to contracts and sector accreditation indicators, ensuring reporting and contractual obligations are met within deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in Community Housing, Case Management, or Human Services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate integrity and drive.
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Drivers Licence + Willingness to travel as needed to meet program requirements.
