
Enhancing Patient Care Through Quality Initiatives

This role is pivotal in driving quality enhancement initiatives within a healthcare setting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Timely reviews and follow-ups of adverse patient safety events are conducted
- Clinical quality improvement projects are developed, delivered, and evaluated using data-driven approaches
- A just culture of patient safety is supported by encouraging reporting and collaborating with managers on timely reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for learning and professional development are essential
- The role requires a Registered Nurse qualification (current registration) with at least five years of health service experience
- Experience conducting adverse patient safety event/clinical incident reviews and understanding of statutory duty of candour and open disclosure is necessary
