As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Leader to drive sales, ensure seamless operations, and create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Leader in driving sales and achieving store targets by providing exceptional leadership
  • Lead by example and deliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Motivate and develop a passionate, high-performing team through effective communication and coaching
  • Operational expertise in visual merchandising, stock management, loss prevention, and performance analysis
  • Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety programs and maintaining a safe working environment

The ideal candidate has retail management or leadership experience, strong leadership skills, and a willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail.
