Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor ready to step up, roll up their sleeves, and grow with our small, tight-knit team of six. Hands-on leadership and time management guide the day.
With safety front and centre, you'll be on the floor of a high-performing store, where the team works hard and supports each other. The role includes a 1-in-3 weekend roster and early Sunday finishes at 2pm.
Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential and operate smoothly.
Create a positive, engaging work environment for the team.
Lead by example, provide hands-on leadership on the shop floor and manage daily store operations.

Qualifications
Retail management or leadership experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail; you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
Commitment to safety and WHS compliance.
Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a requirement; diverse backgrounds are welcome.
