Retail Operations Manager Opportunity

The Retail Team Leader Opportunity is a pivotal role within our organization that entails guiding and mentoring the Proactive Services Team to provide cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management services at various retail stores across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Create effective work schedules and ensure team punctuality.
- Manage procurement of necessary supplies within budget constraints.
- Evaluate team members based on key performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for growth opportunities.
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including department managers, customers, and local community members.
This position requires a permanent, full-time commitment of 40 hours per week across Monday-Sunday, with flexible availability to work early mornings, days, and late nights.
Requirements:
- Leadership or management experience.
- A keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Confidence in engaging with department managers and store leadership teams.
- Organizational skills to ensure team safety and effectiveness.
- Comfort working within regulated frameworks.
- Ability to include cleaning responsibilities as part of the role.
- Leadership capacity or experience (desirable).
