We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Store Manager Assistant.
About the Role- Support the store to achieve its sales potential and operate efficiently.
- Lead by example with exceptional customer service and team management.
- Manage on-floor operations, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate will have retail management or leadership experience, delivering outstanding customer service. They should also possess strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
A willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail is essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail is also required.
