The role you're applying for involves managing client relationships and ensuring their insurance and risk needs are met proactively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client portfolios to identify and meet ongoing needs
- Providing consistent updates and replies within agreed service timeframes
- Managing sales pipelines through inbound, warm, and proactive leads
- Offering education on additional Aon products and services where applicable
- Assisting with complex client queries and complaint issues
- Negotiating with insurers and clients on risks outside of underwriting guidelines
- Understanding client financials and providing support regarding debt management and payment enquiries
- Complying with regulated processes and systems
