At 4C Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Fundraising Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative marketing and communications specialist with a mix of B2B and B2C experience to make a meaningful impact in the Disability Services Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective marketing plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve organisational goals.
  • Manage budgets and coordinate social media strategies to generate leads and conversions.
  • Craft compelling supporter journeys and stories for campaigns.
  • Maintain agency and third-party relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and liaison.
  • Collaborate with fundraising and marketing team members on current and future projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Non-Profit Industry.
  • Exceptional communication, project planning, and proofreading skills.
  • Proven acquisition planning skills in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Familiarity with NFP industry practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract.
