Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Lead to join our team in Norwest. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives for our Retirement Living portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Marketing to enhance our digital presence and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with a team of marketing specialists to drive lead generation and brand development
  • Contribute to transforming the lives of Australian seniors and their families through impactful marketing outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in a Marketing Manager role within the healthcare, senior living, real estate, or related industries
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing plans that drive growth, sales, and customer engagement
  • Strong experience in utilising data-driven insights for decision-making and optimising marketing campaigns
