German Speaking Client Coordinator

We are expanding our international reach and looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Vienna as a German Speaking Client Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients in Austria, providing detailed information about our medical tourism services and coordinating client journeys.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients in Austria.
  • Provide detailed information about our medical tourism services to potential clients.
  • Coordinate client journeys, including medical consultations, travel plans, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in German (required).
  • Proficiency in English or Turkish as a second language (preferred).
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or client coordination roles (experience in medical tourism is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
