Key Responsibilities:
  • Skillfully respond to new business, renewal, and endorsement quote requests, ensuring accurate terms are provided
  • Become a trusted advisor for insurance brokers and customers based in WA, delivering seamless support across all touchpoints
  • Provide comprehensive training to WA-based brokers on premium funding, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to excel
  • Efficiently manage loan-related enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with service standards and internal policies, contributing to a collaborative business environment

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in finance services, banking, general insurance, or premium funding is highly desirable
  • Open to university graduates looking to commence their careers in the financial/insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
