The Role
As a senior academic leader, you will oversee the Academic Support Program, guiding students in their educational journey. This role entails building strong relationships with Monash services and ensuring students receive comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Academic Support Program, providing expert guidance to students and faculty members.
Host workshops and seminars on study skills, employability, leadership, volunteering, and scholarship applications.
Mentor student leaders, fostering resilience and growth.
Analyse data to evaluate program impact and drive continuous improvement.
Represent the institution at events, promoting academic excellence and community engagement.
Requirements
A Master's degree in Education or a related field.
Proven experience in academic leadership, including program management and staff supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
