- Foster an environment that encourages academic excellence, inclusivity, and collaboration;
- Develop and implement student retention strategies and support pedagogical innovation through technology-enhanced learning;
- Evaluate course quality, academic integrity, and student wellbeing.
We are seeking a visionary academic leader with a distinguished record of achievement and a PhD in a relevant field. A senior executive with experience in academic leadership and management, supported by a deep understanding of national and global tertiary education trends, government policy, and funding frameworks.
