We are offering a number of project opportunities in Central Sydney for a Senior Design Manager. You will initially be involved in the front-end stage of a project and then move to site to work on live projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Engineering and Project Management: Manage the whole design process, ensuring quality, completion, and design budget objectives are achieved.
  • Consultant Management: Develop and maintain relationships with architects and consultants, overseeing their performance and coordinating design activities.
  • Milestone Reviews: Manage the process of milestone design reviews, ensuring client sign-off and recording at appropriate stages.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to develop design briefs in accordance with cost plans.

Our ideal candidate has a Construction Management Degree or a Degree in Architecture, with 5-8 years of experience as a Design Manager with a Principal Contractor. They should have worked on projects in Residential & Commercial sectors and possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and computer literacy.
