We are seeking an experienced professional to lead integration and testing activities across a cutting-edge land-based system.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer with a systems mindset and integration/testing expertise to work at the forefront of Defence simulation capability delivery.
About the RoleAs a System Integration Lead, you will be responsible for leading all system integration and test activities across assigned projects, working with systems, design, test, and production teams. You will develop and execute inspection and test procedures and reports as part of the V&V framework.

- Work with systems, design, test, and production teams to ensure seamless integration.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Systems preferred).
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading integration and testing work packages in Defence.
- Solid grounding in systems engineering to support integration and test work.
- Proven ability to deliver on contract, schedule, and budget requirements.
You will have the opportunity to work on a major Defence acquisition program and contribute to the delivery of real impact to Defence capability.
