Project Support Specialist

About the Role

We seek an experienced Project Administration Officer to join our team for a 12-month assignment, working 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and briefing papers and assist in the preparation of technical documents.
  • Support project quality management to ensure project deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs.
  • Manage financial administration, facilitate payment of invoices, receipt of goods, and reconciliation of financial data.
  • Contribute to the development and management of project plans and identification and management of project risks, issues, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in admin or project delivery roles.
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with key stakeholders.
  • MS Office skills.

As this role is within the Federal Government, applicants must be Australian Citizens.
