Service Advisor Trainee Opportunity

As a Service Advisor Trainee, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, providing quotes, and assisting with transactions.

This 12-month traineeship includes hands-on training alongside experienced professionals, along with structured learning and the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business. You will learn essential skills such as determining technical solutions over the phone, accurately recording issues and data into a Dealer Management System, and communicating effectively with customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You should also have a strong desire to learn and progress in your career, as well as an interest or passion for the Automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone
  • Accurately record issues and data into a Dealer Management System
  • Communicate effectively with customers
