Job Overview

The Role Responsibilities
  • Assist with the collation, copying and scanning of correspondence and documents
  • Manage general accounts and billing processes
  • Open and close files, maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate diary management, answer incoming calls and arrange appointments
  • Contribute to the efficient operations of the team
Essential Skills and Qualifications
