As an experienced sales professional, you will manage and grow relationships with small to medium-sized strategic key accounts and banner groups in the pharmacy sector, focusing on sustainable, long-term growth. This includes identifying opportunities within your territory, delivering training and educational workshops, and implementing tailored sales strategies to exceed targets.

You will be responsible for cultivating new opportunities and deepening existing relationships, ensuring proposals, contracts, and pricing align with the company's financial strategy while creating value for customers. Your efforts will drive adoption of innovative products, with a primary focus on specific regions.

To succeed in this role, you will leverage your commercial acumen and industry expertise to address customer needs, accelerate growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen market presence. You will develop and execute sales strategies to grow small–medium strategic accounts and banner groups, identify stakeholders, map sales processes, and uncover new opportunities aligned with the company's financial goals.

You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, positioning the company as a trusted partner and increasing advocacy. Leveraging CRM and Power BI, you will drive decisions, track performance, and meet call plan KPIs. You will create compelling business cases with clinical and financial benefits, negotiate contracts, and position products effectively.

Collaboration with Pharmabroker, sales managers, and marketing will be essential in achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Championing the company's core beliefs – Care, Courage, Collaboration, and Commitment – will be critical to your success in this role.

This opportunity is ideal for seasoned sales professionals with 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, particularly in the pharmacy sector. Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is expected.
