
Strategic Customer Advocacy Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Customer Advocacy Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing strong relationships with assigned customers and delivering exceptional experiences that meet their evolving needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers, introducing them to our products and support processes, ensuring a seamless transition into our ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elaborate and coordinate complex projects, engaging with developers, IT managers, and decision makers from various industries.
- Work closely with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop and deliver engagement plans that align with customer objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks in coordination with Sales.
- Serve as a customer advocate internally, influencing our product roadmaps, documentation, processes, and people to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support customers through reactive ticket requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Create targeted campaigns for multiple customers through digital touchpoints and activities, fostering deeper connections and driving business outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably with a strong background in IT and exposure to projects involving Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex software concepts.
- Experience building and improving internal processes, while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects.
- A true team player capable of interacting with all departments and levels, both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and proficiency in multiple languages, including English.
