Position Overview

We require a motivated Litigation Solicitor to join our growing team. This role is suitable for a solicitor with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in any area of litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a diverse caseload using our proprietary online platform, ensuring timely progression and client empowerment.
  2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and prepare legal documents.
  3. Prepare pleadings, applications, and other legal documents with precision and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Communicate with clients proactively, providing updates and addressing inquiries to ensure they feel in control and supported throughout their legal journey.
  5. Work alongside senior lawyers on complex cases, gaining exposure to advanced litigation strategies and court procedures.
  6. Instruct Counsel and attend court hearings and other legal proceedings, advocating passionately for our clients.
Qualifications
  1. Education: LLB degree or equivalent; Practising Certificate.
  2. Experience: Three to five years of experience in litigation.
  3. Skills and Attributes:
  • Able to challenge the status quo and explore new methodologies.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating and leveraging legal-tech platforms to enhance efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex legal concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • Adept at building strong relationships and instilling confidence in clients.
  • A collaborative spirit, committed to shared success.
  • Will to work with the AI tech team to improve and enhance our litigation platform, providing feedback on how the platform may improve the efficiency of lawyers.
