Senior Contracts Administrator Role

We are seeking a driven and capable Contracts Coordinator who has the ability to build relationships across the board and has previous experience in the commercial Construction industry.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining proactive and positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
- Planning actions and completing all documentation in alignment with the Head Contract and raising any discrepancies early.
- Taking ownership and responsibility for all costs and budget outcomes. Having current knowledge of all aspects of the project's financial position at any point in time.
- Supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager to determine and communicate an effective request for information (RFI) management process with subcontractors.
- Ensuring project document control to meet all contract requirements, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Developing budget targets identifying key risks and opportunities for best commercial outcomes in consultation with the Project Manager.
- Managing and maintaining cost control software, including budget entry, commitments, forecasting, variations, payments, and coding of invoices.
