About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Venue Supervisor to join our team at the Sydney Theatre Company. As a Venue Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venues, including coffee, bar, and floor service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver informative, professional service to customers
  • Take orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation, and grooming
  • Lead by example and mentor and guide new colleagues

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a bar supervisor
  • Ability to train and mentor other staff
  • Knowledge and passion for making all types of espresso coffee, including Latte Art
  • Event experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Hold valid RSA
  • Full working rights in Australia
