We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Operations Manager to oversee our venue operations at Australian Venue Co. This role is ideal for an individual looking to advance their career in the hospitality industry.

Reporting directly to the Venue Supervisor, the ideal candidate will excel in fostering and sustaining relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating a creative and solution-oriented mindset to ensure exceptional service delivery to all patrons.

Key qualifications we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial position within a comparable venue
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Ability to learn and manage venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Active presence during peak service times, including evenings and weekends
  • Capability to conduct stock takes and address stock discrepancies
  • Experience in training, performance management, and staff motivation
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with H&L, Ivy & Seven Rooms is advantageous
